Scope of work:

Supplying and installing of promotional and advertising materials for Pharmacies Project and vehicles.

Terms and Condition :

Geographical scope: The locations of Al-Dawaa pharmacies are throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The project schedule: Implementation begins in January 2023, and the work is carried out in stages determined by Al-Dawaa company, according to its plans and vision.
The period of time allowed for the implementation of works inside one pharmacy is 5 working days, which includes the following:
1. Visiting the branch.
2. Measuring the sizes and dimensions.
3. Amending the designs by the supplier.
4. Then approving the final form by Al-Dawaa.
5. Printing and Installing.

The scope of work is to supply, print and implement the approved plans and designs and all the necessary supplies, materials and tools to prepare the site in the final form to be fully equipped according to the technical specifications and according to the above-mentioned specifications.

Basis for bidding:

The financial offer must be submitted in a separate, closed and sealed envelope, and include a detailed price offer with the quantities and specifications as mentioned above, with an explanation of the guarantee period for the supplied materials and implementation.
The technical offer in a separate, closed and sealed envelope, which includes all the certificates and documents mentioned above.
Delivery of offers shall be by hand delivery or any approved delivery company to the following address: (Dammam – Al-Dawaa Company for Medical Services – the company’s offices in Al-Khalidiyah district, next to the Novotel Hotel).
