Partnership agreement between Al-Dawaa company and the University of Turku in Finland and Satakunta University of Applied Sciences
In light of the importance of innovative solutions and international cooperation to help face any pandemic in the future, a partnership agreement was signed between Al-Dawaa, the University of Turku in Finland and Satakunta University of Applied Sciences to implement the first application of IHMEC concepts by Al-Dawaa in the new field of innovative hygiene solutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which gives the Kingdom the title of the first global partner for the implementation of the IHMEC concept at the country level outside Finland.
The two parties agreed to increase scientific relations in the field of infection prevention through internal hygiene, including scientific support in implementing the concept of internal hygiene solutions and innovative solutions and increasing knowledge transfer between the two countries.
Al-Dawaa pharmacies was represented in signing this agreement by Mr. Fahad Al-Farraj, Commercial Director of Al-Dawaa, and His Excellency the Ambassador of Finland, Mr. Antti Ritofori.
And in the presence of Dr. Ziad Memesh, the Ministry’s Assistant Undersecretary for Preventive Medicine, and the presence of a group of health professionals in the Kingdom.
